About Brunel Food Wallet 

Our Brunel Food Wallet packages are now available, allowing you to prepay for campus dining with up to 25% FREE bonus credit added to your package.

Each package is fully flexible but designed to cover one full meal per day plus drinks and includes exclusive perks and events. Meals are freshly prepared by trained staff, with allergen tracking and dietary support in place, giving you access to nutritious, sustainable and international cuisines. There are also a wide range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

Brunel Food Wallet members also enjoy access to events like cooking classes, quiz nights, and film evenings - helping you stay connected with campus life while eating well.

How to Buy & Use the Brunel Food Wallet

To buy your package, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Time2Eat app

2. Select your Brunel Food Wallet package

3. Send us an email at: brunel@chartwells.co.uk to inform us that you have bought a package, and we will add the credit to your account.

You can then select your food and drink option at any of our outlets below, using your Time2Eat app:

Brunel Food Wallet costs

Packages are priced based on an average student daily (Monday - Friday) spend equating to £8 per day – a main hot meal and speciality coffee can easily be purchased within this budget.

 

​Funds remain in the Time2Eat wallet for the academic year and must be used until 30th June. Packages are suitable for full-time students, part-time attendees, those socialising on campus or staff.​

If you're unsure whether the packages are for you, try our Taster Essential or Boost package option. Additional packages can be added at any time and the credit remains available until the end of the academic year.

If you’re away for Christmas and Easter, the Duo Pass is a great fit.

 

If you stay on campus during those breaks, the Gourmet Year Pass is the best option.
